KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT EDINA PLAZA CORPORATION, A MINNESOTA CORPORATION,
OWNER AND PROPRIETOR OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE STATE OF

HAS CAUSED THE SAME TO BE SURVEYED AND PLATTED AS EDINA INTERCHANGE CENTER AND DOES HEREBY
DONATE AND DEDICATE TO THE PUBLIC FOR PUBLIC USE FOREVER THE ROADS, BOULEVARDS,STREETS
AND TRUNK HIGHWAY RIGHTS -OF -WAY AS SHOWN ON THE ANNEXED PLAT AND DO HEREBY DEDICATE TO
THE VILLAGE OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, THE RESPECTIVE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS DESIGNATED
ON THE ANNEXED PLAT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWERS, WATERMAINS,
GAS MAINS, POLES, MASTS,WIRES, AND POWER LINES, OVERHEAD OR UNDERGROUND. IN WITNESS
WHEREOF EDINA PLAZA -CORPORATION HAS CAUSED THESE PRESENTS TO BE SIGNED BY ITS PROPER
OFFICERS AND ITS CORPORATE SEAL TO BE HEREUNTO AFFIXED, THIS DAY OF

THAT ALL DISTANCES ARE CORRECTLY SHOWN ON THE PLAT IN FEET AND DECIMALS OF A FOOT; THAT
THE MONUMENTS FOR GUIDANCE OF FUTURE SURVEYS HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY PLACED IN THE GROUND
