City To Host Blood Drive
Edina, Minn., Dec. 5, 2012 – The City of Edina is holding its last blood drive of the year.
Residents and City employees are encouraged to donate blood anytime between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 12 at Edina City Hall, 4801 W. 50th St.
Those who donate during the month of December with Memorial Blood Centers, sponsor of the City’s blood
drive, will be entered into a drawing to win one of 10 $500 travel vouchers.
This summer, the Edina Police Department took home first place in the Battle of the Badges blood drive
competition. Officer Kevin Rofidal, who helped to organize the event, said the City is hoping for another great
turnout from the community.
