Outdoor ice rinks close for the season
Edina, Minn., March 6, 2011 – After a great season, the City of Edina’s outdoor ice skating rinks
have closed for the season. Lost-and-found items should be picked up before March 30.
The City maintains 12 outdoor ice skating rinks. Rinks are at Arden, Centennial Lakes, Cornelia
School, Creek Valley, Highlands, Lewis, Normandale, Pamela, Strachauer, Todd, Walnut Ridge and
Weber parks.
Articles in the Lost and Found at each neighborhood park's warming house were brought to City
Hall, 4801 W. 50th St. Items left at Centennial Lakes Park remain there for pick up before the end
of the month. Articles not claimed by March 30 will be donated to a charity.
