YOU MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT Everyone will need to create a new account, even if you’ve been registering for Edina Parks & Recreation programs for years. The good news is it’s free, quick and only needs to be done once. Steps to Create an Account • Visit EdinaParks.com and select the “Register for Activities” button on the left menu • Select “Login/Create Account” on the upper left, then click the button to “Create Your Account” • On mobile devices, select “Account” in the upper right and click “Sign Up” • Select “Individual” to create an account for you and your family • For the account information, please use the adult who will be in charge of the account • Add family members • Make changes or updates any time by logging in and clicking the “Account” button in the upper left FINDING AND REGISTERING FOR ACTIVITIES • Select the “Catalog” button on the upper left • Tabs across the top show program categories • For fastest sorting, use the checkbox filters on the left to sort by age group, location, days or type. • Click an activity name to learn more details • Choose the appropriate account member for the activity in the gray box above the “Add to Cart” button. • Once you have selected the right person, click “Add to Cart” • If you need more instruction, view the “Welcome” tab on the top CONNECT CARD HOLDERS Please call the Parks & Recreation office at 952-826-0367 for information on how to register. EdinaParks.com 6 Adaptive Recreation The Adaptive Recreation and Learning Exchange (AR&LE) offers programs and activities specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of people with disabilities. Visit arlemn.org to find out more information on classes and events. Some classes may be held online. Inclusion Edina Parks & Recreation offers inclusion services for programs and events. Scholarships Connect Card Program This program helps ensure all Edina residents, regardless of age, and those who attend school in Edina have opportunities to participate in activities and classes for education and fun. The Connect Card pays for free access or reduced-price programs, including: • Art classes • Golf lessons • Passes to Edinborough Park or the Edina Aquatic Center • Playground programs • Special events • Sports camps Apply by: • Visiting EdinaCommunityFoundation.org. Edina Give and Go Program This program provides scholarship grants so Edina Public Schools students can participate in academic, arts and sports opportunities. Ages 18 months-6 years Get ready to get messy with fun projects! Your little one will make mosaics, create with clay and paint in wacky ways. We will even make our own puffy paint. Participants will create four different ornament projects. These ornaments will make great holiday gifts! Come and create ornaments right along with your child. We use the Learn to Skate USA Program to determine skating levels. Our instructors are professionally accredited in both hockey and figure skating from Learn to Skate USA. Learn more at learntoskateusa.com. Skaters begin at the first class and must pass before progressing to the next level.
