CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Hovland called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Answering roll call were Members: Agnew, Jackson, Pierce, Risser and Mayor Hovland
Absent:
Staff in attendance: Scott Neal, City Manager; Lisa Schaefer, Assistant City Manager; Perry Vetter, Parks &
Recreation Director; Chad Millner, Engineering Director; Andrew Scipioni, Transportation Planner; Grace
Hancock, Sustainability Manager; Jeff Matlock, I.T. Specialist; and Noel Mills Ford, Deputy City Clerk.
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION JOINT MEETING
Transportation Planner Scipioni and Chair Lewis updated the Council on their 2023 work plan. The Council
asked questions and provided feedback.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION JOINT MEETING
Sustainability Manager Hancock and Chair Martinez updated the Council on their 2023 work plan. The Council
asked questions and provided feedback.
Commissioner in attendance: Hilda Martinez, Chair
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hovland adjourned the meeting at 6:36 p.m.
