ORDINANCE NO. 2023-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REGARDING MULTIRESIDENTIAL LAND USES
IN THE PCD-I AND PCD-2, PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section I. Sec. 36-612. - Conditional uses.
The following are the conditional uses permitted in the PCD-I subdistrict:
(I) PCD-I and PCD-2 subdistricts. Multi-residential uses, as long as no part of any dwelling unit be
located in a basement or on the first story of the building. The first level and basement within a
multi-residential building must be permitted uses in the PCD-I or PCD-2 District, Multi-
residential uses are also subject to following:
Section 2. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage.
