ORDINANCE NO. 2023-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDINA CITY CODE
CONCERNING THE CITY FEE SCHEDULE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. City of Edina Code is amended as follows:
Section 10-488 Subd. (4)(b) is amended to read:
b. The fee for a license, late renewal fees, reinspection fees, and no-show inspection
fees required by this section shall be in the amount set forth in section 2-724.
Section 10-732 Subd. (4)(a.) is amended to read:
a. A fee will be charged for each subsequent reinspection occurring after the due date
for compliance with an order, as determined by the city manager. A no-show inspection fee
may be charged if onsite representative does not appear at scheduled inspection. Late license
renewal fees will be charged when license is not renewed on time, according to City fee
schedule. The amount of the re-inspection, no-show, and late renewal fees are is set in city
Code section 2-724.
Section 12-104 is amended to include:
(c) Late renewal fees will be charged when license is not renewed on time, according
to City fee schedule.
Section 12-219 is amended to read:
Each license issued pursuant to this article shall expire on March 31 of each calendar
year. Late renewal fees will be charged when license is not renewed on time, according to
City fee schedule.
Section 12-346 is amended to include:
(c) Late renewal fees, reinspection fees, and no-show inspection fees will be charged
according to City fee schedule.
Section 12-544 is amended to read:
Each license issued pursuant to this article shall expire on March 31 of each calendar
year. Late renewal fees will be charged when license is not renewed on time, according to
City fee schedule.

Section 18-67 is amended to include:
(c) Reinspection fees and no-show inspection fees will be charged according to City
fee schedule.
Section 20-290 is amended to include:
(c) Late renewal fees, reinspection fees, and no-show inspection fees will be charged
according to City fee schedule.
Section 20-386 is amended to include:
Late renewal fees, reinspection fees, and no-show inspection fees will be charged
according to City fee schedule.
Section 20-421 is amended to include:
(5) Late renewal fees, reinspection fees, and no-show inspection fees will be charged
according to City fee schedule.
Section 20-497 is amended to include:
(c) Late renewal fees, reinspection fees, and no-show inspection fees will be charged
according to City fee schedule.
Article 8: Financial Matters, Section 2-724: Schedule A, fees and charges, is
amended to read as follows:
