ORDINANCE NO. 2023-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20
OF THE EDINA CITY CODE CONCERNING GREEN TO GO PACKAGING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Chapter 20, of the Edina City Code is amended by updating Sec. 20-640. Enforcement to
read as follows:
Sec. 20-640. Enforcement.
The cCity shall have the duty and the authority to enforce provisions of this chapter pursuant to
City Code section 20-445 1-18.
This ordinance amendment is effective upon approval by Edina City Council.
