Walk With the Mayor to be Held March 16
Edina, Minn., March 6, 2024 - This month’s Walk with the Mayor will take place 9-10 a.m. Saturday, March 16, at the Galleria, 69th Street and France Avenue. The walk will begin by Starbucks
and Cov on the east side of the mall.
Members of the community are welcome to walk alongside Mayor Jim Hovland and talk about all things Edina and upcoming spring activities and events happening in Edina.
“Please join us for what might be our last indoor walk of the season! In fact, if it is especially nice that morning, we may head for the Edina Promenade,” Hovland said.
No prior registration is required to attend the Walk with the Mayor; simply show up at the designated meeting time to walk and talk with Hovland. Participants should wear comfortable
walking shoes and meet just inside the doors to the mall.
If weather conditions are favorable, the walk will journey outside to the nearby Edina Promenade. Dress accordingly.
