I. Call to Order
Chair Schilling called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Answering roll call in-person were: Chair Schilling, Commissioners Lonnquist, Pollock, Cundy, Knudsen, Widmoyer,
Nymo, Everson, Hassenstab and student members Maheshwari and Roy.
Staff present: HPC Staff Liaison Emily Bodeker and Preservation Consultant Robert Vogel
III. Approval of Meeting Agenda
Motion made by Nymo seconded by Widmoyer to approve the meeting agenda as presented. All voted
aye. The motion carried.
IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Lonnquist seconded by Cundy to approve the October 12, 2021, meeting minutes as
presented. All voted aye. The motion carried.
V. Community Comment: None.
VI. Reports/Recommendations
A. Update to the Edina Heritage Landmark Eligible List
Motion Lonnquist seconded by Pollock to approve the updated Edina Heritage Landmark Eligible List as
presented. All voted aye. The motion carried.
B. 2021 CLG Report
Motion made by Hassenstab seconded by Cundy to approve the 2021 CLG Report. All voted aye. The
motion carried.

VII. Chair and Member Comments
The Commission congratulated Michael Birdman on his election to the Edina School Board.
Commissioner Cundy had questions on construction at 4630 Drexel.
VIII. Staff Comments:
Staff gave an update on the proposed work plan and the City Manager’s comments that were added.
IX. Adjournment
Motion made by Hassenstab seconded by Nymo to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 pm. All voted aye. The
motion carried.
