VI. ART CENTER VOLUNTEER LUNCHEON
Forty-one people attended the luncheon at Sandy Clark's home.
Everyone really enjoyed it. Ms. Clark stated that it is
important for the lunch to be in a home as opposed to in the Art
Center. The volunteers appreciate that kind of recognition.
One of the volunteers, Bill Smeltz, commented that the Art Center
has high quality teachers and it really helped him with his art
work. Mr. Spokes would like to see comments like that in the Art
Class brochure. Ms. King stated if space is limited, the
Crosstown Camera Club should be the next thing highlighted and
omit the special comments. Ms. Hedges stated she would look into
space available in the brochure. Mr. Spokes stated that comments
like that could be used as a fund raiser handout.
