The mulch needs refreshing and areas of baresoil need reseeding. There are no concerns of erosion at this time. Significant vegetativedebris around inlet present and throughout center of basin. Sump would benefit frombeing pumped out and this basin could benefit from jetting out the drain tile. Basinappears to be holding more water and cattails than year before.Operational Rating:(3) POOR: significant maintenance neededStructural Rating:(3) POOR: deteriorated, consider for repair or replacementIs follow-up maintenance recommended?:YesMaintenance activity #1:Investigate standing water and perform maintenance ofunderdrain (jetting, removal of any caps, etc.) or filtration media to ensure basin isdraining properlyMaintenance activity #1 (Frequency):Single eventMaintenance activity #2:Cattail removal and vegetative debris removalMaintenance activity #2 (Frequency):Single eventMaintenance activity #3:Reseeding and mulch refreshmentMaintenance activity #3 (Frequency):Single eventPhoto 1 Caption:Inlet, has stagnant water with cattails, significant debris above andaround inletPhoto 2 Caption:Looking south, some bare soil, no erosion presentPhoto 3 Caption:Looking south over all of basin, leaf debris on grasses in center ofbasinPhoto 4 Caption:Southwest side of basin with standing water and vegetative debris §¨¦494 £¤169 £¤212 ¬«100 ¬«62 FI_004 FACILITY ID: FI_004 FILTRATIONINSPECTION SUMMARY - 2023City of EdinaEdina, Minnesota <Pipes BMP Indicator BMP Location Photo 1 Photo 2 Photo 3 Photo 4 0 100 200 Feet !;N Image Source: Met Council (2020)
