We expectbasin is not draining properly due to presence of cattails in a drought and the basinbottom being wet in various areas. There are some bare spots of soil along the basinedge with no signs of erosion. This basin could benefit from jetting out the drain tile.Mulch refreshment on site would also be beneficial.Operational Rating:(3) POOR: significant maintenance neededStructural Rating:(3) POOR: deteriorated, consider for repair or replacementIs follow-up maintenance recommended?:YesMaintenance activity #1:Perform maintenance of underdrain (jetting, removal of anycaps, etc.) or filtration media to ensure basin is draining properlyMaintenance activity #1 (Frequency):Single eventMaintenance activity #2:Cattail removalMaintenance activity #2 (Frequency):Single eventMaintenance activity #3:Mulch refreshMaintenance activity #3 (Frequency):Single eventPhoto 1 Caption:Looking south at basin, lush grass coverage, minor cattailsPhoto 2 Caption:Southeast side of basin has some bare soil, no erosion present, mulchrefresh would be beneficialPhoto 3 Caption:Minor cattails present in basinPhoto 4 Caption:Looking north up basin, minor cattails present, lush vegetation inbasin, some bare soil on southeast side §¨¦494 £¤169 £¤212 ¬«100 ¬«62 FI_007 FACILITY ID: FI_007 FILTRATIONINSPECTION SUMMARY - 2023City of EdinaEdina, Minnesota <Pipes BMP Indicator BMP Location Photo 1 Photo 2 Photo 3 Photo 4 0 100 200 Feet !;N Image Source: Met Council (2020)
