MEMORANDUM
TO: Environmental Quality Commission Members
FROM: Gordon Hughes, Environmental Planner
SUBJECT: January 3, 1977, EQC Meeting
Apparently due to the holiday season, no items of business have been re-
ceived by our office which require EQC review. No new subdivisions or
rezonings have been submitted other than three simple lot divisions which
were reviewed by the Planning Commission at its December 29, 1976, meeting.
Chairman Casselman and I thus agree that it would be appropriate to forgo
the January 3, 1977, meeting due to the absence of pressing business. The
next regularly scheduled EQC meeting would be January 31, 1977. In the
event that business arises in the interim requiring immediate action, a special
meeting could be convened. Please call me if you have any questions.
