Heritage Preservation Commission
Tuesday, February 8, 2022
I. Call to Order
Chair Schilling called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Answering roll call were Chair Schilling, Commissioners Cundy, Everson, Nymo, Hassenstab, Pollock, Lonnquist,
Widmoyer (7:05) and student members Maheshwari and Roy.
Commissioner Knudsen was also in attendance but was having technical issues.
Staff present: HPC Staff Liaison Emily Bodeker
III. Approval of Meeting Agenda
Motion made by Nymo seconded by Hassenstab to approve the meeting agenda as presented. All voted
aye. The motion carried.
IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Lonnquist seconded by Nymo to approve the November 9, 2021, meeting minutes as
presented. All voted aye. The motion carried.
V. Reports/Recommendations
A. Grange Hall and Cahill School Plan of Treatments
Commissioners discussed the plan of treatment documents for Grange Hall and Cahill School and asked clarifying
questions.
VI. Chair and Member Comments
A. 2022 Work Plan
Commissioners discussed the Heritage Award. Commissioners also had questions and asked for updates on the
4630 Drexel and 4633 Arden projects.

Motion made by Pollock seconded by Nymo to adjourn the meeting at 8:11 pm. All voted aye. The
motion carried.
