Participate in the Art in The Park Program Through Edina Art Center
Edina, Minn., June 18, 2024 – The Edina Art Center will host “Art in the Park” for children ages 7 to 11 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday mornings this summer.
Art in the Park will be held Tuesdays June 25 through July 30 (no class July 2) at Weber Park, 4115 Grimes Ave S. It will be held Wednesdays June 26-July 31 (no class July 3) at Cornelia
School Park, 7142 Cornelia Drive.
“Each session is themed with different opportunities to create something special,” said Recreation Supervisor Laura Fulton. “Rain or shine, the programs will be available, as each park
location has indoor and outdoor opportunities.”
Some of the art topic themes are Abstract Art, Japanese Cartooning and Self Portraits.
