B. 2024 Work Plan Updates • #1 Traffic Safety Infrastructure – Still trying to connect with Bloomington, working to consolidate research. • #2 Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan Review – Subcommittee biked around the Twin Loops, looking to schedule next meeting. • #3 Parking – Meeting with Planning subcommittee next week; Planning is scheduled to come to next ETC meeting to present draft work. • #4 20th Anniversary Proclamation – Completed. In addition, the Commission evaluates methods for traic calming and other speed and volume mitigation measures and recommends their implementation when appropriate.
