A presentation including project updates and work to date will begin at 6 p.m. at the Chapel Hills United Church of Christ, 6512 Vernon Ave. S. Participants will be able to contribute their thoughts and visions for this area near Lincoln Drive and Londonderry Road, just east of U.S. Highway 169. Staff and consultants might take photos during the event to include in plan documents. Please RSVP at bit.ly/lincolnworkshop3. The workshop is part of a process to develop a small area plan for the Lincoln and Londonderry area. This plan will serve as a guide for future development and infrastructure decisions in the area. The process began in February 2024 and includes engaging residents, businesses and local organizations to develop a comprehensive vision. The small area plan process is expected to wrap up in early 2025.
