“Each year, we love bringing together the art community and elevating local businesses and our City partners to support the Edina Crime Prevention Fund. It's a true collaboration that
strengthens our city,” said Edina Chamber of Commerce President Shelly Loberg. “New this year, we will feature a live art creation by local artist Jendayi Berry on Saturday. Jendayi
has assisted as both a juror and a booth judge in past years at the festival and is well known in the area for his storytelling and colorful work that strives to blend love, nature
and community.”
Berry’s painting created during the festival will be available for online bidding. All proceeds from the painting and festival will benefit the Edina Crime Prevention Fund, which contributes
to many Edina Police and Fire department programs and services, including the K-9 Unit, Motorcycle Unit, Police Explorers and Night to Unite. The Fund also offers reward money for information
leading to arrests for serious crimes. The festival also benefits Centennial Lakes Park, the Edina Art Center and the Edina Chamber of Commerce. This is the Chamber’s fourth year organizing
the event.
