1. Call to Order
Chair Mattison called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
2. Roll Call - New Member Introductions
Members Present: Andrea Leszko, Matt Giljahn, Andrea Sullivan, Mary Absolon, Tracy
Nelson, Megan D'Orazio, Brenna Smithson, Nick Mattison, Anoushka Jha, Ron Jarvi
Members Absent: Aditi Gandhi
Staff Present: Jeff Brown
3. Approval of Meeting Agenda
Commissioner Leszko made a motion to Approve meeting agenda.
Motion seconded by Commissioner Nelson.

4. Approval of Meeting Minutes
4.1. Approve February Meeting Minutes
Chair Absolon made a motion to approve February 10, 2025 CHC Meeting
Minutes. Motion seconded by Commissioner Smithson.

7. Reports/Recommendations
7.1. Committee Updates and Planning - 2025 Work Plan
Reviewed work plan for 2025 and committees provided updates.
- Meeting set for Monday, March 17th with Bloomington Public Health to discuss Start
with Hi initiative and expansion to Edina.
- Opioid stakeholder meeting held on Monday, March 10 with new BPH staff to restart
work after significant pause due to staffing transitions. RFP for opioid work in
Bloomington, Edina, and Richfield school districts will be going out in next couple of
weeks.
- Added new member Ron Jarvi to committees for initiatives #1 and #5 of work plan.
