RESOLUTION NO. 2025-9
ADOPTING THE BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING THE TAX LEVY
PAYABLE IN 2026
WHEREAS, The Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority (the "HRA") has authorities and powers according to MN
Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047. MN Statutes, Section 469.033, subd. 6 grants the HRA the power to levy and
collect taxes subject to a resolution of consent from the Edina City Council for a set period.
WHEREAS, The Edina City Council passed Resolution 2025-73 consenting to and authorizing an HRA tax levy payable in
2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board as follows:
Section 1: That there will be levied upon all taxable real and personal property in the City of Edina, a tax rate sufficient to
produce the amount as follows:
HRA GENERAL FUND $267,100
Section 2: That the budget is as follows:
HRA GENERAL FUND TAX LEVY REVENUES
HRA GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES
$267,100
