RESOLUTION NO. 2025-123
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND
ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO LOGIS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: Ryan
Browning is hereby designated to serve as a Director of LOGIS, and Pa Thao is hereby designated to serve
as Alternate Director of LOGIS for the year 2026 and until their successors are appointed.
Adopted by the Edina City Council this 16th day of December, 2025.
