RESOLUTION NO. 2025-124
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR
AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: Chad Millner
is hereby designated to serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority and Pa Thao is hereby
designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 2026 and until
their successors are appointed.
Adopted by the Edina City Council this 16th day of December, 2025.
