ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to close the Regular Meeting of the Edina HRA as permitted by MS. 13D.05 subdivision 3(c) to consider
the potential purchase of the property located at 4815 to 4901 West 77th Street and 7710 Computer Avenue and
4416 Valley View Road and 6120 Kellogg Avenue
INTRODUCTION:
In order for the HRA to move into close session to discuss the potential purchase of real property the HRA must
first take action to close the meeting. The meeting will continue to be recorded.

This discussion item pertains to the acquisition of real estate at 6120 Kellogg Avenue as well as the sale of this
vacant parcel and vacant property located at 4416 Valley View Road. This discussion is related to the Edina Flats
proposal that secured preliminary zoning approval on October 3, 2017.
