I. Call To Order
The meeting commenced at 7:36 AM
II. Roll Call
Present: Co-Chairs Hunt and Hornig, Members Burke, Kitui, Koon, and Siekman; Staff Liaison
Hawkinson; Staff Teague and Boschee
Absent: Member Mehta
Guest: Community Development Director Cary Teague
III. Approval Of Meeting Agenda
Hunt moved, seconded by Koon to approve the agenda; motion carried

Hunt moved, seconded by Koon to approve the minutes; motion carried
V. Discussion
Director Teague presented information on over all land use, such as 93% of Edina is comprised of
single family zoning. He also discuss land use changes, particularly on the Southdale area. Director
Teague answered questions pertaining to density, zoning, and how the Land Use chapter of the
Comprehensive Plan is utilized.

INTRODUCTION:
This is the last meeting on the calendar. We need to schedule future meetings to discuss the proposed changes to
update the housing Succession Plan, responses and implementation methods for Chapter 4 of the Comprehensive
Plan, receive and discuss the Maxfield Housing Study.
