I. Call To Order
Chair Hunt called the meeting to order at 7:35 AM
II. Roll Call
Present: Co-Chairs Hornig and Hunt; Members Koon, Kitui, Mehta and Siekman; Staff Liaison
Hawkinson; Staff Teague and Boschee
III. Approval Of Meeting Agenda
Agenda was accepted as presented. Mehta moved; Koon seconded.
IV. Approval Of Meeting Minutes
Siekman moved; seconded by Koon, to approve the August 30 meeting minutes. Motion
carried.
V. Discussion Items
• Tara Beard from Met Council gave PowerPoint presentation on the population
forecasts, urban planning the regional urban housing policy plan.
• Expand discussion sessions/small groups to meet with additional Metropolitan
Council staff.
VI. Adjournment
The meeting ended at 8:56 a.m.
