Dear Mr. Millner,
This letter is notice of the pending release and conveyance of the frontage roads (shown on the
attached map) to the jurisdiction of the City of Edina.
A package of information will be submitted to the Office of Land Management (OLM) later this
week. The OLM will subsequently prepare and submit to the City documents affecting the
conveyance of our interest in the named roadways to the City of Edina.
The planned effective date for release is generally 6 to 12 months from the date the package is
submitted to OLM.
