I have enclosed a sketch showing the location of our 6" gas main in the South 33 feet of Grove Street as above described. We, therefore, object to the vacation of this portion of the street unless suitable easements are granted Minnegasco by the succeeding property owners. When the executed easements have been received by us, we will withdraw our objection to this proposed vacation. We are now preparing the necessary easements. Since we have no facilities in the North 27 feet of Grove Street as above described, we have no objection to its vacation. We have indicated, on the attached sketch, the location of our facilities in this area. We wish to advise you that we have no objection to this reaction provided we are granted a permanent easement for the retention of our facilities or are reimbursed for rerouting them.
