Enclosed is a sketch of the area showing the location of our 1" gas main in the area to be vacated. We object to this vacation unless we receive a suitable easement from the succeeding property owner covering this main. Mr Lloyd Meyer who will be building the house on this property and I believe there will be no difficulty in obtaining the required easement.
