Edim frontbg on Waterman Avenue and lying betneen the \%st line of Blalso
Road and the East line of Arthur Street, do hereby pa%itimn the Villa@ of.
Edina to vacate the aforesaid portion of said road.
As a condition to the aforesaid road vacation, ve do hereby agree to
axocute and deliver to %he Village of EUna such instruments as nay be requisod
to grant to the Village a permanent easement over said vacated road for tho
