Block 22 BROADMORE ADDITION, b, Blocks 2$ 3 and 4, LYLE 2nd ADDITION, It intends to use said lands for a public purpose, 2. to wit: The streets in said area will no longer be required and the public interest trill be promoted by vacating and discontinuing the same.
