Please be advised that with this writing I am petitioning
that sewer and water for plat 73604 parcels 4510 and 1510
be ma a available.
At Present, I have just moved my house back because of the
construction of Highway 160. The house previously fronted
Highway 100 and was know/Jas 6630 Normandale Road. It had
been moved back and turned to face south on the parcel known
as 1510.
We have no water or sewer at present. I can make provisions
for the disposal of sewage but I need water as soon as
possible.
Please notify me when this request will be brought before the
council or a city department. This may be done by phoning me
durning business hours at 870 -8795 or writing to the above
address.

We hereby petition the Edina Village Council to install
sanitary sewer across Lot 16, Prospect Hills and that
part of the West 8 acres of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 116, Range 21,
lying South of the North 255 feet thereof. This in-
stallation will provide an outlet for a sanitary sewer
presently existing in Antrim and Dublin Roads so that
our home and Lots 2, 3, 6 and 15 can hook up when
service is needed.
We request that this project be handled as a 100%
petition and that the assessment be deferred until
such time as the property it crosses is developed.

about 1,000 feet to the proposed intersection of Gleason Road
and 78th Street to serve the southerly 2/3 of our proposed
development.

from the existing manhole located approximately 50 ft east.

with a manhole at the eastern property-line of 5516 Vernon
-..at a point approximately 170 f t.north of the southeast corner
of the 5516 Vernon lot. The requested sewer would generally
run in a• line passing directly in frost of the new residence
being constructed at 5508 Vernon and terminate at a point as
closeLt as possible, to the residence located at 5516 Vernon.

easements as may be required for, this ,project.

Dear Mr. Hyde:
I
We own the thirty acres of land at the Northeast corner
of 494 and 18, between the highway and Braemar Golf
Course.
In December we made inquiry for sewer and water services
as the property is in Bloomington but by agreement be-
tween municipalities, Edina was to furnish the utilities.
We filed petitions and.now are informed that the petitions
are lost and engineering has not made any plans.

We will gladly file new petitions if that is necessary,'
but what is important, is utility service and will appre-
ciate any early action..that can be taken as soon as possi-
ble.
