Please be advised that with this writing I am petitioning
that sewer and water plat 73604 parcels 4510 and 1510
be made available.
At Present, I have just moved my house back because of the
construction of Highway 160. The house previously fronted
Highway 100 and was knowN as 6630 Normandale Road. It had
been moved back and turned to f ace south on the parcel known
as 1510.
We have no water or sewer at present. I can make provisions
for the disposal of sewage but I need water as soon as
possible..
Please notify me when this request will be brought before the
council or a city department. This may be done by phoning me:

address.

Dear Mr. Hyde:
We own the thirty acres of land at the Northeast corner
of 494 and 18, between the highway and Braemar Golf
Course.
In December we made inquiry for sewer and water services
as the property is in Bloomington but by agreement be-
tween municipalities, Edina was to.furnish the utilities.
We filed petitions and now are informed that the petitions
are lost and engineering has not made any plans.
We will gladly file new petitions if that is necessary,
but what is important, is utility service and will appre-
ciate any early action that can be taken as soon as possi-
ble.
