OF THE CLOSED WORK SESSION OF THE
EDINA CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT CITY HALL
JANUARY 6, 2015
5:32 P.M.
Mayor Hovland called the work session of the Edina City Council to order at 5:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Answering roll call were: Members Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson and Mayor Hovland. Former
Council Member Bennett also was in attendance.
Edina City Staff attending the meeting was Scott Neal, City Manager. Employment Consultant Harry
Brull was also inattendance.
SESSION CLOSED
Member Brindle made a motion, seconded by Member Swenson to move into closed
session to conduct the City Manager's performance evaluation at 5:32 p.m.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
With the assistance of Consultant Harry Brull, the City Council conducted the performance evaluation for
the City Manager, Scott Neal.
ADJOURNMENT
Member Brindle made a motion seconded by Member Swenson to adjourn the
closed session and reconvene in open session at 6:30 p.m.
