OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MAY 2, 1994
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Rice and was
seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the BRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF HRA MEETING OF APRIL 18 1994 APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Rice and was seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the HRA
Minutes of April 18, 1994, as presented.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Kelly made a motion to approve payment of the BRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated April 27, 1994, and
consisting of one page totaling $14,817.77. Motion was seconded by
Commissioner Rice.

Motion carried.
• There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards eclared
the meeting adjourned.
