CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hovland called the HRA meeting to order at 12:12 a.m.
ROLLCALL
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson and Chair Hovland.
APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA
Motion made by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Sprague
approving the Meeting Agenda.
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 22, 2014 APPROVED
Motion made by Commissioner Bennett seconded by Commissioner Brindle approving
the Minutes of the Meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for April
22, 2014.
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
TRAFFIC SIGNAL CABINETS FOR FRANCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
PURCHASED
Manager Neal noted that the City Council had previously approved the purchase of traffic signal
cabinets for the France Avenue Improvement Project and that since partial funding of the project was
coming from the HRA it also needed to approve the purchase.
Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Brindle awarding the
bid for the Traffic Cabinets for the France Avenue Improvement Project to the
recommended low bidder, Traffic Control Corporation at $66,000.00.
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Hovland declared the meeting adjourned at 12:14 a.m.
