HELD AT CITY HALL
NOVEMBER 3, 2014

CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hovland called the HRA meeting to order at 10:31 p.m.
ROLLCALL
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson and Chair Hovland.
APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA
Motion made by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Sprague
approving the Meeting Agenda.
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 2, 2014 APPROVED
Motion made by Commissioner Sprague, seconded by Commissioner Swenson
approving the Minutes of the Meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment
Authority for September 2, 2014.
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
AUTHORIZE ENGINEERING SERVICES — DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING COMPONENTS FOR THE FRANCE AVENUE
IMPROVEMENTS
Engineer Millner noted the City Council had approved the use of WSB, Inc. to provide engineering
services for Design and Construction Inspection for the lighting and Landscaping components of
the France Avenue Corridor Improvements. Commissioner Swenson made a motion
authorizing Engineering Services with WSB, Inc. for Design and Construction Inspection for
Lighting and Landscaping Components of the France Avenue Corridor Improvements.
Commissioner Bennett seconded the motion.
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Sprague, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Hovland declared the meeting adjourned at 10:35 p.m.
