OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 2001,
7:00 P.M.
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Housh, Hovland, Masica and Chair
Maetzold. Commissioner Kelly entered the meeting at 7:15 P.M.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Housh and
seconded by Commissioner Masica approving the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Consent Agenda as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Housh, Hovland, Masica, Maetzold
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE OCTOBER 16, 2001, APPROVED
Motion made by Commissioner Housh and seconded by Commissioner Masica
approving the Minutes of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
October 16, 2001.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —four ayes.
*BID AWARDED FOR EXCAVATION OF CONTAMINATED SOILS — CONTRACT NO.
01-26 HRA Motion made by Commissioner Housh and seconded by
Commissioner Masica for award of bid for excavation of contaminated soils,
Contract No. 01-26 HRA, to recommended low bidder, Belair Excavating at
$55,802.00.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —four ayes.
*CONFIRMATION OF CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Housh and
seconded by Commissioner Masica approving payment of claims dated October
18, 2001, and consisting of one page totaling $55,246.40; and for approval of
payment of claims dated October 25, 2001, and consisting of one page totaling
$28,965.55; and for payment of claims dated November 1, 2001, and consisting of
one page totaling $3,346.51.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —four ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and deve pment Authority
agenda, Chair Maetzold declared the meeting ad'ourned. ?
