Richards.
MINUTES of the HRA Meeting of January 2, 1990 were approved as submitted by motion
of Commissioner Rice, seconded by Commissioner Smith.
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, motion of Commissio r •"ce was
