DECEMBER 3, 1990
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Chairman Richards.
MINUTES of the HRA Meeting of November 19, 1990, were approved as submitted by
motion of Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Smith.
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared the
meeting adjourned.
