OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
NOVEMBER 4, 1991
ROL CALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was
seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF OCTOBER 21, 1991, APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve HRA
Minutes of October 21, 1991.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by
Commissioner Smith to approve payment of the claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated November 4, 1991, and consisting of two pages totalling
$69,950.25.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
• There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
