OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
DECEMBER 20, 1993
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was
seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE HRA MEETING OF DECEMBER 6. 1993, APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the BRA
Minutes of December 6, 1993.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by
Commissioner Smith to approve payment of HRA claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated December 16, 1993, and consisting of one page totalling
$15,772,54.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
