ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Housh, Hovland, Kelly, Masica, and
Chair Maetzold.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Masica and seconded
by Commissioner Housh approving the Consent Agenda for the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority as presented.

Ayes: Housh, Hovland, Kelly Masica,Maetzold
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF AUGUST 17, 2004, APPROVED Motion made by
Commissioner Masica and seconded by Commissioner Housh approving the Minutes of the
regular meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for August 17, 2004,
as presented.
Motion carried on rollcall vote—five ayes.
*CONFIRMATION OF CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Masica and
seconded by Commissioner Housh approving the payment of claims dated August 31, 2004,
and consisting of one page totaling $48,381.70.
Motion carried on rollcall vote—five ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda,
Chair Maetzold declared the meeting adjourned.
