ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Housh, Hovland, Masica, and Chair
Maetzold.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Masica and seconded
by Commissioner Hovland approving the Consent Agenda for the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority as presented.

Ayes: Housh,Hovland,Masica, Maetzold
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF OCTOBER 19, 2004, APPROVED Motion made
by Commissioner Masica and seconded by Commissioner Hovland approving the Minutes
of the regular meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for October 19,
2004.
Motion carried on rollcall vote—four ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and Redevelo me Authority Agenda,
Chair Maetzold declared the meeting adjourned.
