ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Hulbert, Masica, Swenson and Chair
Hovland.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Swenson and seconded
by Commissioner Masica approving the Consent Agenda for the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Hulbert, Masica, Swenson,Hovland
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR APRIL 5, 2005, APPROVED Motion made by
Commissioner Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Masica approving the Minutes of
the regular meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for April 5, 2005.
Motion carried on rollcall vote—four ayes.
*CONFIRMATION OF CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Swenson and
seconded by Commissioner Masica approving the payment of claims dated April 6, 2005,
and consisting of one page totaling $1,332.18.
Motion carried on rollcall vote—four ayes.

Chair Hovland declared the meeting adjourned.
