ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Bennett, Masica, Swenson and Chair
Hovland.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion by Commissioner Bennett and
seconded by Commissioner Swenson approving the Consent Agenda for the Edina
Housing and Redevelopment Authority as presented.

Ayes: Bennett, Masica, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF JULY 1, 2008 APPROVED. Motion made by
Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Swenson approving the
minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority
from July 1, 2008.
Motion carried on rollcall vote — four ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, the hair eclared the meet' g
adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
