ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Bennett, Brindle, Swenson, and
Assistant Chair Housh. Absent was Chair Hovland.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Bennett and
seconded by Commissioner Swenson for approval of the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Consent Agenda as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Bennett, Brindle, Swenson, Housh
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MAY 19, 2009, APPROVED Motion made by
Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Swenson approving the
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
May 19, 2009.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
*CONFIRMATION OF CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Bennett and
seconded by Commissioner Swenson approving the payment of claims dated May 28,
• 2009, TOTAL $603.86.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —four ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Agenda, Assistant Chair Housh declared the meeting adjourned at 7:0 m.
