BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Edina,
Minnesota (the "Authority ") that Section 2 of Article III of the
Bylaws of the Authority be amended to read as follows: "Regular
meetings of the Authority shall be held at the City Hall, City of
Edina, in the City Council Chambers, without notice at 7:00 P. M.
on the same days as regular meetings of the City Council of the
City of Edina, Minnesota."
