RESOLUTION NO. 2015-39
SETTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR
TH100 NOISE WALL IMPROVEMENTS
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA,that a public
hearing shall be held on the 191h day of May, 2015, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., to
consider TH100 Noise Wall Improvements (west side of TH100 from Minnehaha Creek to Vernon
Avenue).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give m iled and published notice of such
hearings and improvements as required by law.
