RESOLUTION NO. 2015-52
ACCEPTING GRANT AND
APPROVING AGREEMENT HENNEPIN COUNTY PUBLIC SPACE RECYCLING
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of
real or personal property for the benefit of its citizens; and
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted
by a two-thirds majority of its members;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with
sincere appreciation the following listed grants and donations on behalf of its citizens.
Edina Parks & Recreation:
Hennepin County Grant $9,900.00 PurAase of Recycling Containers
